Romana is an Erasmus+ Trainee in the Peace and Security section at the Global Governance Institute. She is a final-year student in the Master's Programme Criminology for Investigation and Security at the University of Bologna in Italy. She previously obtained her BA in International and Diplomatic Sciences at the same institution. Romana’s fields of research and interest include human rights and human trafficking for the purpose of prostitution. She is also interested in the field of organized crime and contributes to the debate by writing on this topic for anti-mafia associations.
