The Global Governance Institute and Tokyo International University will co-host a roundtable discussion on Russia's full scale invasion of Ukraine, now in its third year, in a roundtable that will take place in Tokyo, Japan. Panelists will include Japan based researchers and scholars who are experts on Ukraine, Russia-Japan relations, and Japan’s foreign and security relations. Questions that will be explored will include reflections on what we can expect in 2024 and the war’s ongoing impact on security in the Indo-Pacific.
