On 12 January 2025 Ukraine Programme Coordinator Vitalii Rishko joined TVP World’s "World Talks" to discuss the recent meeting of The Ukraine Defense Contact Group, also known as the Ramstein Group, comprising 57 states dedicated to supporting Ukraine. The interview focused on the future of the group and continued military support in light of the upcoming inauguration of US president-elect Donald Trump and uncertainty over the future policies of his administration towards Russia and Ukraine. Against this backdrop, the interview explored the notable achievements of the Ramstein Group, the role of various states within it, as well as its evolving nature in addressing both short-term challenges related to supporting Ukraine's defense efforts and mid-to-long-term issues, particularly the reform and strengthening of Ukraine's Armed Forces in 2025-2027.
