Joseph Duffy is conducting a Syracuse University-sponsored traineeship at the Global Governance Institute. He is working mainly on an UN-sponsored study about fostering more support for international security collaboration in Latin America and the Caribbean. Joe will also be working on the “European Network on Teaching Excellence" project. He is currently in his third year of a bachelor's program at Syracuse, studying international relations and Spanish, while also completing a minor in history. He is interested in international security studies and diplomacy, especially focusing on Latin America and the Caribbean.
